The Judgment
Biting through has success. Administering justice is favorable.
The Image
Thunder, lightning: the image of biting through. So the ancient kings made the laws firm with clearly defined punishments.
First line, nine
Feet in the stocks, so that the toes disappear. No fault.
Second line, six
Bites through soft meat, so that the nose disappears. No fault.
Third line, six
Bites into old dried meat and comes upon something poisonous. Slight shame. No fault.
Fourth line, nine
Bites into dried gristly meat. Obtains metal arrows. It is favorable to be mindful of the difficulties and to persist. Good fortune.
Fifth line, six
Bites into dried lean meat. Obtains yellow gold. Persistent awareness of the danger. No fault.
Top line, nine
Neck in the wooden collar, so that the ears disappear. Misfortune.
